We Breed the Dearheart Line
Meet: SlvrPalace Lady Caly of Dearheart
Lady Caly is the 1st kitten from SlvrPalace to join the original/official Dearheart cattery. She is also the 3rd female (along with 1 male) in our network to join the Dearheart cattery in 2025. We are beyond thrilled to see the return of the original Dearheart cattery and that this little darling and the other 3 cats from our network were chosen to restart the Dearheart cattery back up.
Lady Caly’s parents are Elisha Roi x Princess Leia.

Our Kitties in their New Home
This adorable little kittys name is Snowball, this is him with his new family and in his new home. Our goal is to see every kitty transition well in their new home and with their new family just like our baby Snowball!
We are not a kitty Mill
We are a small hobby cattery, all our cats live in our home, free from cages, and are treated as a members of our family. They are loved dearly, handled daily, and spoiled much by our family!
All our kittens are raised in our home as pets with other cats and one crazy, attention-loving German Shepherd (Molly), who insists on always nosing around, anywhere where the cats are. She is a working dog so, she loves herding the cats and kittens around and since she and Elisha Roi went through the kitten/puppy stage together, those two are the best of friends and always instigating with each other. This video shows the nursery with Mommy Ami and her 2 babies that are about 3 weeks old at the time this video was taken. They will hang out here with their momma, till mommy Ami says its ok for the other cats in the house and dog to see her babies.
Who We Are
Thank you so much for viewing our website and considering our cattery for your next fur baby. As you can see, we love our fur babies here at SlvrPalace dearly. Please make sure you check out the various tabs on the page to find out more detailed information on our cats, breeding pairs, contracts and Dearheart legacy and our breeding team. I am one of the mentors for our group so I’m always glad to answer questions on how you can be a part of what we do. We are just one part of a conservation effort and team of breeders who breed what is known as the Fancy Feast/Dearheart line of cats. This line includes Dearheart it’s self and Cherie-Finesse lines from South Africa who was also the cattery that bred and owned Cherie-Finesse Angelo, the Purina cat you see on the commercials and shows page. These cats are called Silver Persians in the USA/CFA and in South Africa they are now referred to as the Original/Traditional Long-Hair since CASA and WCF gaave them their own breed category. As a breeder and part of our team, we have strived long and hard to maintain the purest of lines. Please understand that while we do love and appreciate all Persians. This line is our specialty and we do not breed out to or cross with the flat/peke/doll-faced Persians. Just to explain why, if the cats with a flat faced gene were to be bred to one of our cats it would take several generations of breeding their offspring back to our traditional line, just for us to remove those traits. Unfortunately, due to that, this breed and the line line are almost gone. Another and most important reason for not crossing the 2 lines of Persians is simple, health! Crossing the two lines has also been known to cause complications during delivery, causing kittens to get stuck in the birth canal, this is because a kitten could be born with either face and bone structure type, which risks both the life of the Queen as well as her offspring if the kitten were to get stuck in the birth canal.. Also, since we do not have the flat faced gene, we also do not have the health issues associated with that gene. Here at SlvrPalace, we believe all Persians (and cats in general) are beautiful, but we have chosen to strive to maintain the health and lineage of this particular breed and line of Persians. We understand this line and face type may not be chosen by everyone. Should you decide to choose another breeder, line or face type, please make sure you choose a breeder who is striving to better their breed and line. Many cheeper catteries are out there, but they do not do the testing and research needed to insure you get the best of health in a breed, reputable breeders can often refer you to other reputable breeders even in lines they choose not to breed.
However, if you have decided this line and face type is what you desire and if you are interested in owning a pet or in helping us preserve this wonderful line and breed, by becoming a part of our network and team of breeders, please view our conservation network page, fill out a kitten application and view our kitten contracts for pet owners or breeders and contact me for further discussion.
